
Customer Service Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to handle customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics activities related to the movement of materials and supplies into our organization and finished products to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor warehouse and distribution areas for efficiency in operations and capacity.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and manage relations with warehouses, ocean carriers, customs brokers, drayage providers, sales force, and customers.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge with minimum 5-8 years in chartering activities, preferably in non-dairy products, food products shipment, or any other commodity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in operations management, business management, logistics management, or any other relevant area.
Competencies:
- Effective communication and customer-centricity skills.
- Ownership, result orientation, planning, decision-making, self, and team management skills.
