Job Title: Senior Packaging Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Packaging Lead to spearhead our end-to-end packaging development initiatives.

This role combines deep technical expertise in mold development with strategic leadership across packaging projects.

The ideal candidate will manage a junior team and drive innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability across the packaging function.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep technical knowledge of primary packaging mold development.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and overseas coordination skills.
  • Experience leading and developing junior team members.
  • Understanding of packaging material science, testing protocols, and sustainability trends.

Educational Background:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related fields.
