Senior Data Integration Specialist

Job Description

The Senior Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for leading the Operations team in driving strategic direction and ensuring the smooth operation of batch jobs.

  • Provide primary support for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop operational processes and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical issues, escalate as needed, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in database and application development and support, with proven SQL language experience and expertise in developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages, reports, and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.

Responsibilities include creating, modifying, and troubleshooting SSIS packages, stored procedures, SQL queries, automation processes, and SQL jobs with an eye on performance. The role also involves converting, manipulating, and preparing large volumes of data for ingestion into our systems using SQL Server integration tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong technical skills, business acumen, and customer service skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems and manage and resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field is required.
