**Job Overview**

This role is designed for highly skilled professionals who can effectively manage station operations across assigned areas/clusters.

  • Key responsibilities include ensuring end-to-end smooth running of station operations, adhering to operational SOPs, conducting timely audits, and monitoring Zero Breach across Region in terms of shipments closures within defined TAT.

  • Maintaining zero missing shipments in terms of Value & Numbers and preventing fake updates in the software are also critical aspects of this role.

  • Direct supervision and control over operational budgets, cash management (petty cash, OPEX), and fleet management are key expectations from this position.

  • The incumbent will also be responsible for suggesting various models for new pin code expansion of new locations/cities across clusters and scouting facilities for new DCs.

  • Additionally, this role entails acting as a people manager, coordinating with HR for FEs salaries, other issues, and grievances, as well as taking care of new initiatives like involving 3rd party for the distribution of shipments wherever there are a smaller number of packages.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and people management skills, analytical skills, task prioritization, and follow-up abilities, as well as a hustler, go-getter attitude.

  • Familiarity with working in a team environment and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for business purposes is highly desirable.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Functional skills: Operations Management, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management

  • Experience: Relevant experience in Logistics/Manufacturing industry
