Job Title: Human Resource Information System Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Manager to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in HR information systems to lead the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for activities in support of the HRIS SAP Success Factors system, including system support and problem resolution, HR reporting, analysis of business and system processes, and optimization. They will also be responsible for project managing during system implementations, ensuring projects and tasks are completed as assigned.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning administration of Success Factors, including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
  • Project managing during system implementations, ensuring projects and tasks are completed as assigned.
  • Documenting configuration process and key decisions in support of change management and communications.
  • Leading UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementations, escalating feedback to implementation team if additional discussion is required.
  • Configuring live sites in preparation for go live.
  • Providing regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  • Analyzing HR functional business and system processes, recommending improvements to meet business needs.
  • Ensuring data standards through automation, setting up preventative controls, data audits, and working with the business for corrections.
  • Establishing and maintaining business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders.
  • Building competence of users for accessing/reviewing data.
  • Creating and delivering trainings for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally.
  • Ensuring accuracy and data integrity of HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits.
  • Leading the sustainment planning for HR technology, including release (upgrades) planning.
  • Supporting with other HRIS projects as required.
  • Managing integrations with both HR and D&T systems.
  • Working with our Success Factors Partner EX3 on provisioning requirements, troubleshooting, and implementation projects.
  • Partnering with SAP on module stabilization reviews and leading the project to action the findings and supporting with change management.
