Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and implementing memory design solutions.

This position requires a strong background in custom memory design, architecture, and characterization. Experience with layout design, net-listers, and SRAM design verification is essential.

Key skills required include knowledge of different types of memory architectures, expertise in working on SRAM leafcell GDS from scratch to top-level integration, and proficiency in physical verification flow debug tools such as DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, IR.

Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber physical verification flow is also necessary. Experience with Synopsys Custom Compiler is a significant plus.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of good layout practices in lower process nodes like 7nm and 5nm, expertise in working on FinFET architecture and challenges, and expertise in optimizing layouts for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to ensure that all design plans are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes ensuring that the execution plan, design quality plan, and DFMEA are populated and published.

You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, as well as reporting any issues or concerns to the team. Your ability to communicate complex technical information effectively will be highly valued.
