This position is for a senior-level Chip Design Lead that will:

  • Lead the implementation of complex mixed-signal SoCs
  • Build and guide a team of implementation engineers
  • Work with external IP vendors to integrate blocks into the design
  • Ensure that each aspect of the design meets specified requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in all phases of the IC design process from RTL->GDS2, with a strong background in analog/mixed/custom signal PNR. Experience with TSMC 7nm PNR sign-off using a full COT flow from RTL/gate to GDS is preferred. Hierarchical Place & Route experience, Floorplanning, clock & power network architecture, and UPF/CPF power intent flow are also required.

A BTech/MTech/PhD degree with 5-10 years' experience in chip implementation and 3-5 years as a top-level lead is essential. The candidate must have a proven track record with multiple successful final production tape-outs at 16/14nm, 10nm, preferably 7nm. Knowledge of embedded processors, high-speed interfaces, and memory controllers is necessary. The ability to contribute to and guide the development process to meet stringent industry segment requirements is crucial.
