Fire Suppression Engineer Job

We are seeking an experienced Fire Suppression Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection engineering and be able to design and implement effective fire suppression systems.

Job Description:

The Fire Suppression Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Designing and implementing fire suppression systems in accordance with local codes and standards
  • Reviewing MEP drawings, tender specs, and other relevant documents to identify fire suppression requirements
  • Completing input studies using checklists and raising RFIs as needed
  • Preparing fire suppression layouts and engineering BOMs
  • Ensuring quality assurance and defect-free fire suppression drawings delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • BE/M.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics)
  • 6-10 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Prefer NFPA certified, CFPS & LPCB certification within 12 months of hire date
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Strong domain knowledge of fire fighting and gas suppression systems
