About the Role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and prioritize ServiceNow solution requirements.
  • Analyze business processes for opportunities to leverage HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules for automation and efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with development teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with business users.
  • Maintain alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with organizational objectives and compliance regulations.
  • Support workflow design, configuration, and reporting within ServiceNow.
  • Act as an SME for ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and implement process improvements using ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with ServiceNow implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT Service Management.
  • Proven track record of delivering ServiceNow projects on time and budget.
