Main Responsibilities :

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Translate market insights and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Deep customer empathy and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
