Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, attract more customers, and achieve measurable results in a competitive market.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Monitor digital trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster positive relationships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance client strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, optimizing for engagement and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience managing digital marketing for clients, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms and a deep understanding of their unique features and audience dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools and paid advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
