Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for process owners and stakeholders in driving adoption, providing guidance and strategic recommendations on solution enablement.
  • Lead the Workday Support Team to manage day-to-day system support as well as implementation of Workday projects/initiatives as per relevant governance and service delivery protocols.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that align with Business objectives.
  • Monitor and resolve Workday incidents and support services with adherence to SLAs and responsibility for appropriate execution of relevant follow-up actions.
  • Ensure documentation of Workday support maintenance activities and design changes for future reference and audits.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading a successful HRIS team with ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to proactively assess and resolve day-to-day issues and independently drive initiatives to improve solution adoption and HRIS service delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of overall Workday solution with relevant Workday certification/accreditation and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions from Design to Deploy.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with a global team of HR IT and Business stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead projects and drive them to completion.

Workday Expertise

  • Hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions from Design to Deploy.
  • Deep understanding of Workday platform architecture and features.

Certification/Accreditation

  • Relevant Workday certifications or accreditation.

Learning Culture

  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying informed on industry trends HR Technology innovations and best practices.

Leadership Skills

  • Experience in preparing leadership collaterals and establishing documentation standards for project management functional and technical requirements and solution implementation.
