Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AR Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent analytical and communication skills, who can work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment.

  • This position involves assisting with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to seniors.
  • They will resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing.
  • Adherence to policy guidelines for billing is essential.
  • Contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements is also key responsibilities.
  • Investigating and addressing customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies is another important task.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes.
  2. Responsible for day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to seniors.
  3. Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing.
  4. Adhere to policy guidelines for billing.
  5. Contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  6. Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • End-to-end knowledge in AR is essential.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Billing & Invoicing, Cash Application, Customer Reconciliation are key skills.

  • You have a high energy level, self-motivation, and accountability.
  • Good oral and written communications skills in English are required.
  • Computer literacy in various tools and domain expertise are must-haves.
