Collection Specialist

The Collection Specialist plays a crucial role in our organization by overseeing the collection of debts from various sources. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve disputes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle collections for assigned areas, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues within specified TAT.
  • Monitor delinquency rates and focus on non-starters to minimize NPAs and increase fee income/revenue.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients, ensure timely collections, and monitor defaulting customers.
  • Allocate work to field executives, ensuring payments and audit receipts are deposited within defined SLA.
  • Maintain Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise and initiate detailed account-level review of high-ticket accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree required; Master's/Postgraduate degree optional.
