About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Executive/Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents meet established quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Review: Conduct thorough assessments of documents (contracts, agreements, reports, etc.) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate documents for consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies, errors, and missing information. Verify that documents adhere to procedural and regulatory requirements and industry standards. Escalate any non-compliance issues.
  • Account Setup: Oversee the end-to-end process of account creation, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected, verified, and input correctly into the system.
  • Documentation Review: Ensure that all account-related documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • System Management: Input and maintain customer data accurately in the account management systems, ensuring that all information is updated and secure.
  • Account Maintenance: Manage ongoing maintenance of shareholder accounts, ensuring that all account details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Purchase Transaction Processing: Accurately process purchase transactions, ensuring that all purchase requests and related documentation are handled in compliance with Client internal policies and agreements.
  • Redemption Transaction Processing: Process redemption transactions related to financial products or services, ensuring timely and correct execution according to Client policies.
