We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and team leadership. Your expertise will enable us to navigate complex legal environments and drive business outcomes effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance matters">
  • Liaise with authorities, draft responses to summons, show cause notices, and manage external lawyers">
  • Manage litigation documents, legal MIS, and digital tools such as Contract Lifecycle Management Tool and Compliance management tool">
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts from client and vendor side">
  • Support senior members of the legal team during crisis situations">
  • Develop and maintain agreement templates and SOPs">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • LLB/CA/CS degree or equivalent">
  • Strong experience in handling crisis or sensitive matters for the organization">
  • Able to liaise with authorities, including drafting responses to summons and show cause notices">
  • Knowledge of ICAI code and CA Act is an added advantage">
  • Experience in managing litigation documents, legal MIS, and digital tools">
  • Familiarity with labour laws and employee-related matters is an added advantage">
  • Ability to provide local liaison support and advice to the Team for ensuring requisite legal compliance">
  • Experience in handling a team of individuals reporting into this role">
  • Policy-driven and experience of drafting SOPs & process will be an added advantage">
