About the Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic credit decision-making and team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in underwriting deals for the US market, working closely with the Credit Committee in New York to ensure seamless operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality of credit analysis, training and mentoring the team, and overseeing daily underwriting pipelines to guarantee timely movement and efficient resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A PG/Master's degree from a premier college with a specialization in finance or economics.
  • Addiional financial qualifications such as CFA Level 2+ or FRM Level 2.
  • Experience in credit analysis, particularly in the real estate industry, with exposure to the US market.
  • Leadership experience in managing small teams of highly skilled analysts.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
