Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Savvy Search. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a client base of corporate accounts, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build a client base of corporate accounts
- Generate new business opportunities for Corporate UPS, inverters, offline UPS, online UPS, stabilizers, batteries, and solar/renewable power projects
- Meet with corporate clients to identify technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Offer clients products or services that meet their needs in terms of technical specifications, quality, price, and delivery
- Gather market information, trends, and customer requirements and provide input to management
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma or MBA/B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics or Electrical Background)
- 2+ years of experience in similar industries
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, team management, decision-making, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives
