Administrative Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the efficient management of office operations, including facilities, administration, and travel arrangements.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities, including housekeeping and security services.
- Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Guidehouse, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
- Event Management: Assist in coordinating company-wide events and activities.
- Procurement: Proactively investigate and procure office-related equipment and services.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or MBA.
Experience: 4-6 years in administrative roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
- Soft Services Management: Experience in managing soft services, including housekeeping and security.
- Transportation Software: Knowledge of transportation software and experience working on it.
