Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills, effective communication, and strategic thinking to lead our Service Delivery Unit in Bangalore. This role requires 15 years of experience, including 7 years in management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development: Coach and develop your team to excel in client and people management.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through effective management of daily operations and onboarding processes.
  • Business Growth: Drive improvements in client experience and support business development efforts.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle high-impact client issues with root cause analysis and resource coordination.
  • Project Management: Lead departmental and cross-functional initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Balance the needs of employee engagement, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Talent Inventory: Manage and coach direct reports to be effective in both client management and people management.
  • Delivery Process Optimization: Streamline delivery processes to ensure consistent service delivery and brand promises.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee teams in different stages of the delivery process, ensuring accountability for carrying out tasks and providing great customer service.
  • Customer Expectations: Assess customer feedback and improve procedures to ensure great customer service at all times.
