Job Title

This role is focused on providing expertise in technology, specifically geared towards individuals experienced in VPN, networking (switching, firewall management), VMware, and Azure. A strong understanding of Citrix infrastructure is beneficial.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues related to VMware, Citrix, networking, and Azure.
  • Design, implement, and support virtualization infrastructure using vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
  • Manage and optimize Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and StoreFront.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise networking devices.
  • Administer and secure Microsoft Azure environments, including IaaS, VMs, storage, backup, and monitoring.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory and Identity Services, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Intune.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
  • Support migrations, upgrades, and large-scale infrastructure projects with minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3–5 years in a senior engineer role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts, especially incident management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere suite (6.x/7.x/8.x) and advanced administration of Azure Cloud services.
  • Experience with hybrid identity management and email security platforms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
