  • Track and ensure repayments of loans disbursed in the area.
  • Maintain and deliver branch productivity for the branch.
  • Ensure sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve desired results.
  • Handhold team members to achieve desired targets.
  • Field visits with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection.
  • Responsible for sales teams to high performance and be a team player.
  • To build and nurture teams to enable them to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters.
  • Responsible for training team members on products and handholding.

Essential Skills:

  • 5-15 years of experience.
  • Type of companies/sector worked for: Private commercial banks and large Banks.
  • Responsibilities managed in previous organizations: Primarily Sales & Collection function.
  • Languages: Hindi/English.
  • Computer/technical skills: Handy with Basic Microsoft office.
