Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate, fashion-forward individual to join our dynamic team as a Fashion Consultant.

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive store sales, and manage store displays and visual merchandising.

The selected candidate will also build long-term customer relationships and handle POS and billing desk when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice
  • Drive store sales by helping customers find the right products and complete looks
  • Manage store displays and visual merchandising
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Handle POS and support billing desk when required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for Fashion and Fitness: love for activewear trends
  • Strong Sales Skills: ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Communication: fluent in Hindi and English
  • Experience: minimum 1.5+ years in retail sales (fashion/sportswear preferred)
  • Bonus Skills: knowledge of sportswear fabrics and fits, familiarity with visual merchandising basics, tech-friendly
