We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Training Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify training needs through analysis and design customized programs.
  • Build a training roadmap for all levels of employees, from frontline staff to leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed training in our business culture.

Program Development & Delivery:

  • Create and deliver training modules on customer service, clienteling, selling skills, and brand storytelling.
  • Develop product knowledge sessions in collaboration with design/merchandising teams.
  • Implement e-learning and blended learning solutions to enhance accessibility.

Quality & Standards:

  • Ensure consistency in brand training delivery across all stores and regions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, mystery audits, and customer feedback.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics for training impact.
  • Standardize induction programs for all new hires.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Introduce new learning methodologies, such as digital learning platforms and gamification.
  • Stay updated with luxury retail training trends, competitor benchmarks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is mandatory.
  • Exposure to digital learning platforms, instructional design, and global training standards preferred.
