Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of the store.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with high net worth individual clients and exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands;
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers;
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment;
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
