
Senior Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee all aspects of our retail operations, driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- End to end ownership of the store.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) clients and exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
- Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
- MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
- Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
