Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive admissions and increase revenue for our educational institution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive student admissions through strategic sales approaches and promotional initiatives.
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective students and parents into valuable clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that showcase our institution's value proposition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize events and seminars to promote our institution and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to inform future business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trust and influence decision-making to drive business outcomes.
