Your Role Purpose

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading field verification and ensuring applications are decisioned within credit guidelines.

You will lead a large team of FTE and NFTE resources spread across assigned regions, managing approximately annual volumes while ensuring processes are running above SLA accuracies and TAT.

This role also involves driving adoption of initiatives for process improvements, automation, and digitization within assigned regions.

  • Regional TAT P90 uploads as per agreed TAT
  • FTE/NFTE Productivity
  • Back Check Accuracy %
  • Geographical Coverage % as per MOU

Technical Skills/Experience/Certifications
  • Credit card knowledge along with good understanding of credit processes
