Senior Business Growth Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth by expanding client portfolios.

As a Senior Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding the client portfolio across target industries. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development efforts to expand client portfolios and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Manage end-to-end pitching processes to convert leads into new business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or growth roles, ideally in advertising or marketing.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
