
Learning and Development Programs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Programs Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of our central Learning and Development programs.
This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central Learning and Development programs.
- Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates.
- Support strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Key Skills and Competencies:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently.
- Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
