Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Allegis Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years' experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of Indian payroll processes and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll for diverse employee groups, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries while adhering to all relevant tax laws and labor regulations.
  • Handle various aspects of taxation, including income tax calculations, TDS compliance, and filing necessary returns.
  • Create complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to facilitate efficient payroll processing and financial reporting.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using Excel to enhance productivity and accuracy in data management.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey complex information effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships through active listening and responsive dialogue.
