Job Title: Strategic Product Leader for Healthcare Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Product Leader to lead the development and delivery of key healthcare solutions. As a central link between business stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure that the product vision aligns with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision: Work closely with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
  • Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features, refining user stories, and ensuring the development team has clear and actionable requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the business and the development team, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring the product meets the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Sprint Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to ensure that priorities and objectives are clear, and track the progress throughout the sprint.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to ensure that all features meet business requirements and pass testing before they are released.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT sessions with stakeholders to ensure that the product is ready for launch and addresses user needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to product management processes, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and consistently meet quality standards.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor product performance by analyzing data and user feedback, providing insights to inform decision-making and future product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar managerial role, preferably in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience working with teams in Agile settings.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Healthcare experience is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
