As a Product Strategy Leader at Vensure Employer Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Payroll platform. This high-impact position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business growth through innovative product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives, leveraging market trends and customer needs to inform decisions.
  • Drive product planning processes across multiple departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of key features.
  • Partner with stakeholders and UX designers to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure seamless handoffs between teams and efficient progress toward project goals.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation, enhancing our market presence and competitive edge.
  • Implement production timelines across departments, ensuring smooth execution and minimizing delays.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and develop go-to-market strategies to maximize their impact and return on investment.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work closely with Engineering and QA teams to validate acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for escalated issues, providing timely support and guidance to internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business/Product Analyst roles or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with others to refine project requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to connect with various stakeholders and teams.
  • A solid understanding of software business and technical concepts, with the ability to quickly grasp customer problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with HR platforms and core functionality is a plus.
  • Ability to become a true product expert, responding to various business and team needs while driving continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and a strong understanding of its practices and processes.
