We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Associate to join our team at NNIIT, a leading Ed-tech company committed to revolutionizing education through innovative digital solutions.

Salary: ₹3 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive growth and expansion in the K9 and K12 education segments. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

  • Dial 250 cold calls daily to connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
  • Regularly attend educational events within Hyderabad to create awareness and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience from initial contact through enrolment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
