Salesforce Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to leverage their expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and deployment to drive business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent technical skills, and strong leadership abilities.

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Customer 311 Center Cloud.
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
  • Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
