Job Title: Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project lead to spearhead architecture design and build projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project changes and issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Oversee project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update as necessary.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve project management processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including plan development and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and team member interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
