Junior Architect

Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for architecture and design? We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our team.

About the Role
  • We attend key project meetings to communicate and coordinate with client teams, representatives, and engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.
  • We analyze architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • We contribute to concept design, furniture design, finishing details, and detailed drawings for show and sample flats, developing presentations and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • We coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information.
  • We assist in research and coordination of materials and products as per project specifications.
Requirements
  1. Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.
  2. Creativity and Attention to Detail: Having an eye for details and being highly creative is crucial for success in this position.
  3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are necessary for effective performance.
  4. Imagination and 3D Thinking: Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions is vital for this role.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
