Job Title: Architectural Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of architectural projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Project and production management for assigned teams.
  • Client relationship management and servicing for assigned jobs.
  • Ensure smooth working relationships with clients.
  • Attend client briefings, take approvals, and seek inputs as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Develop detailed project briefings after capturing all requirements from sales teams and clients.
  • Manage CRCM and provide updates.
  • Invoice on time and realize payments.
  • Develop project implementation and delivery plans in coordination with team leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing and accounts management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

About This Role

As an Architectural Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of architectural projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.

You will also be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, and managing client relationships and servicing for assigned jobs.
