Compliance Specialist Job Description">

As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our organization's compliance with various regulations and laws. Your primary responsibility will be to manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST and income tax.

Key tasks include:

  • Managing Labour Laws compliance, Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments etc.
  • Ensuring timely statutory compliance and supporting audits, replies of notices, and attending hearings.
  • Providing tax planning, advisory, and risk management support.
  • Coordinating with commercial tax departments and consultants/auditors for tax audit, statutory audit, and other reviews.
  • Offering Tax-related advisory on business transactions, vendor/customer contracts, and new business models.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements.

  • Expertise in managing taxation, labour laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
