Backend Developer Position">

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our development team on a project-based engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend applications and APIs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and APIs.
  • Write clean, well-documented code that meets industry standards.
  • Implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with frontend & third-party services.
  • Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement real-time features (e.g., WebSockets, SignalR, or Django Channels).
  • Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in at least one core backend framework: Django (Python), Spring Boot (Java), ASP.NET Core (C#), or Laravel (PHP).
  • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication (Sockets, SignalR, gRPC, etc.).
  • Hands-on with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Advantages):

  • Experience with event-driven architectures & message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Knowledge of system scaling, load balancing, caching strategies.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, such as:
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
    • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
    • Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
    • Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
    • Understanding of serverless computing & cloud-native design.
