Customer Support Specialist Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with technical issues related to mobile devices and services. Your role will involve providing multilingual support via various communication channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Troubleshoot technical issues with mobile devices and connectivity
    • Log and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service-related issues
    • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams for complex queries
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
    • 2-6 years of experience in international voice process or technical support
    • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages
    • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus
    • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
