Job Opportunity for Technical Consultant

Key to delivering successful MS-Dynamics 365 solutions is the technical expertise of our consultants.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring comprehensive technical requirements are captured through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Delivering tailored technical solutions by analysing business needs and providing clear recommendations.
  • Providing technical support and assistance for the D365 F&O platform to ensure seamless operation.
  • Applying in-depth knowledge of business processes, system capabilities and industry standards to determine optimal solutions.
  • Supporting testing activities and training end users to facilitate efficient adoption.
  • Assisting with integration of custom or third-party applications into the D365 ecosystem as required.
  • Configuring the system for optimal performance while maintaining adherence to established standards.
  • Maintaining, managing and supporting the D365 application post-implementation.
  • Managing code version control, builds, releases and deployment for smooth operations.
  • Collaborating closely with functional consultants to design high-quality MS D365 technical solutions.
  • Developing documentation that adheres to industry best practices.
  • Managing security roles and user access management.
  • Supporting scanner, printer and DRA-related requirements.
  • Creating, managing and monitoring workflows.
  • Developing and deploying batch jobs efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Significant experience in D365 Support
  • In-depth understanding of handheld scanners, printers and D365 as a cloud-hosted application
