Job Title: Business Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time business solutions specialist to support global enterprise projects. This is a remote role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible hours while contributing to high-impact ERP implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize enterprise software modules (CloudSuite Industrial, LN, M3, or Syteline).
  • Work with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Provide implementation, upgrade, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
  • Conduct UAT and training sessions for end users.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in enterprise software (at least one major module: Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR).
  • Strong process mapping, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for remote client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Enterprise software certification(s).
  • Experience with integration tools (ION, Mongoose, Birst).
  • Industry-specific ERP knowledge (manufacturing, distribution, automotive, healthcare).
