DevOps System Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps System Architect to join our team.

  • This role is part of the Digital Technology entity, responsible for implementing innovation and quality in technology solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the system architecture of one of the program ARTs, providing DevOps and E2E testing for the whole program. Key responsibilities include working with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

This is a senior position requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated effectiveness as a DevOps/SRE lead. A degree in IT Engineering is essential, and relevant certifications will be appreciated.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient practice of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as a System Architect
  • Demonstrated track of work in coordination with Enterprise Solution Architects
  • DevOps proficiency: CI/CD (Gitlab CI), containerization platform (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, Ansible), GitOps experience using FluxCD appreciated, Observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana/Elastic and OpenTelemetry)
  • SRE expertise: Experience of designing enhancing SLI/SLO, change management and incident responses processes
  • Testing experience for large scale programs: Test automation and Continuous Testing, Shift-Left Testing, Test Data Management Environment Automation
