  • Managing data entry and compliance of continuing professional education requirements through accurate recording of information
  • Overseeing the continuous implementation and maintenance of CPE and IRS CE electronic filing, reporting, and tracking
  • Understanding regulatory requirements for CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and other certifications to ensure compliance
About the Role

The Continuing Professional Education Associate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance on NASBA CPE or IRS CE issuance to licensed individuals within the organization
  • Logging and tracking employee queries related to CPE CE credits and ensuring timely resolution
  • Corresponding with attendees, both internal and external, and presenters regarding CPE or CE related questions via Team messages and phone calls
Requirements

To be successful as a Continuing Professional Education Associate, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or education
  • 2 years of experience in a data entry or support role requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
