Job Title: Software Developer
  • This is a prime opportunity to contribute to a digital transformation project with a global reach.
  • We seek a skilled software developer with experience in application and admin support for content servers.
  • You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of change and release management, be willing to learn new tools, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of installation and configuration of content servers, OTDS, Brava, Blazon, and optional modules is required.
  • A good understanding of front-end, admin, archive, and utility servers, as well as search and indexing of ECM systems, is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web reports, O-script, workflows, directory services, REST API, and CWS (content web services) is necessary.
  • Responsibilities include executing system health checks, upgrades, and patching via System Center, troubleshooting issues with content server workflows and user problems, assisting project delivery teams with solution implementation, production system configuration and testing, data migrations, and DR setup.
  • Stewardship of the production change management process is also expected.
  • Knowledge of security standards, architectures, and protocols, including directory servers (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies, and records management is desirable.
