Senior Business Analyst/SME Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst/SME to join our team. As a key member of our implementation project, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients, design and implement software applications, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Mapping: Conduct data analysis and mapping activities for assigned applications, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results.
  • System Configuration and Implementation: Configure system parameters and controls based on client business practices and processes, recommending best practices and gaining client acceptance.
  • Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Client Support and Training: Provide on-site or remote support during client conversions, conduct training sessions, and facilitate database validation work sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Finastra Products: Must have experience with Finastra products like GPP (Global PAYplus).
  • Minimum 6 Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant area of expertise, preferably for a financial institution or an industry software company.
  • Client-Facing Service Experience: Client-facing service experience required.
  • Software Implementation, Support, or Training Experience: Software implementation, support, or training experience strongly preferred.
