Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Banking Systems Specialist to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Banking/Payment Industry.

About the Role:

This position involves planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance our business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end solutions for IT systems in functional areas like SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems (e.g., RTGS - CHAPS /FED/NACHA), Reconciliation, and Investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of problems and recommend quality improvement efforts.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure process performance and identify opportunities for future improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking/Payment Industry.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems, including Payments Hub, Clearing, and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs.
  • Excellent understanding of organization's business systems and industry requirements.
