Job Summary:

Job Description

As a senior business analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation and support of software applications for new and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data, map systems, and configure settings to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Implement integration of Finastra's Payments solution into the Global Payplus (GPP) platform.
  • Interact with clients to determine project requirements and conduct needs analysis.
  • Establish and assist clients in configuring system parameters and controls based on their business practices and processes.
  • Conduct data analysis and mapping activities for assigned applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience with Finastra products like GPP(Global PAYplus).
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant area of expertise, preferably for a financial institution or an industry software company.
  • Client-facing service experience required.
  • Software implementation, support, or training experience strongly preferred.
