Infojini Inc., a leading provider of IT services, is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join our team. As an IT recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top IT talent with our clients.

We have extensive experience working with Fortune 500 and government clients, including the State of Maryland, State of Texas, State of Washington, and State of California.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. Previous recruitment experience, particularly in the IT sector, is preferred. The role involves actively sourcing, screening, and engaging IT professionals to fulfill client staffing requirements while maintaining high standards of professionalism, communication, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.
  • Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep detailed records of candidate information, interactions, and progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate relationships with candidates to understand their skills, career goals, and preferences, and provide them with guidance and support throughout the job search process.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate salary negotiations and contract agreements between candidates and clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Client Management: Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates on candidate progress, and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with hiring practices and documentation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of IT Industry: Understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology within the IT industry.
  • Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the IT sector, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements, resolving any challenges that arise during the recruitment process.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines and meet deadlines.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant technology tools.
  • Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate and finalize employment terms that satisfy both candidates and clients.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
